Together we will work through current and past issues in your relationship in efforts to help resolve communication barriers and strengthen bonds as well as reduce ambiguity.
We will learn to manage expectations, relational communication skills and techniques to help differentiation process in order to communicate more directly and honestly with ourselves and our partner(s).
In Pre marital counseling, we tackle the questions and expectations of relationships including topics to discuss prior to commitment.

I can guide you towards the journey of personal health, healing and self love, worth and compassion by working towards personal goals and reducing symptoms. This includes rebuilding after divorce, life stage and existential issues, and coping with and/or reducing symptoms of anxiety/depression.
